Playing SongBuzz means you accept these terms. They're short.
The game
SongBuzz is free, with no payments. We may change, pause or end any part of it, and songs come and go as Deezer's catalogue changes.
Who can play
Anyone can play. To make an account you must be 14 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
Your name and how you play
Play with a name that isn't offensive, doesn't pretend to be someone else and doesn't give away anyone's personal details. Don't cheat, flood the service or try to get into what isn't yours. We may rename, remove or block a player or an account that breaks these rules. Reports reach us.
The music
The song previews are for playing SongBuzz, for your own entertainment, not for a business. Don't record, download or reuse them.
Rafa and AI
Rafa's voice and some of his comments are made with AI (Google Gemini). They can be wrong or odd: he's a joke presenter, not advice.
Your account
Keep your sign-in to yourself. You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@firecms.co.
Our responsibility
We do our best to keep SongBuzz working, but it's free and offered as it is, without a promise that it will always be there or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we'll say so on SongBuzz before they apply; if you don't agree, stop playing. Spanish law applies, and as a consumer you keep the protections of the country you live in. See also the privacy page and the legal notice.
